These are among one of the very fews in tiny baby clothing and shoes ect. that I have found here in my new country, that are missing in the Scandinavian baby world. Bilingual family living

//Introduktion//

Danish/American couple, living in Southern California, married two.. almost three years. Have a cute, blonde 5 month old baby girl... who we really want to teach both English and Danish

When we married we knew that our future family would be bilingual. I think I thought my husband  would have been completely fluent by now or at least before our first baby. He isn't and it is not his fault. Three major road bumps in getting there: 

• I know english really really well and it's so easy and fast to just communicate that way.
• A lot of life changes and job changes that required a lot of attention and effort
• Not being persistent, stubborn, passionate enough about speaking/practice danish the time we set aside to do so.
